Founded in 1900 by Domenico Fantini, the company was known as Domenico Fantini e Figli in 1925 and Fantini Mosaici in 1969, owned by Italo and Marco Fantini. Four generations of the Fantini family have been inspired by art to produce and deliver the best in mosaics and marble. At Fantini Mosaici, this is a family tradition. Today, Fantini Mosaici enters its fourth generation, managed by Enrico Fantin, son of Italo Fantin, and Marco and Andrea Fantini.
In 1993 Fantini Mosaici opened a branch office in Miami Florida, to cater the demand from clients from the United States and the Latin American market.
In 1994, Fantini Mosaici bought the historical Ferradini Marmi from Milan, and named it Fantini Marmi. In 2000, the company opened a Middle East branch office and workshop in Abu Dhabi, UAE. All artistic mosaic creators and installers complete their training in the company workshops in Italy. The Venetian Seminato installers and polishers are a central part of the structure of Fantini Mosaici in Italy. The technical and administrative offices have always been managed by the owners.
